Excellent hotel for accommodation. We stayed for two days. Has everything necessary for staying. Bath, shower, large balcony with a clothes dryer. Comfortable beds. Everything is within walking distance: the embankment, the market, the bus stop. Breakfasts are good. Liked everything very much. Thanks for the vacation.

Excellent location right in the center of Kurortny Prospekt. When exiting the hotel, on one side there's a very cozy green square where all my favorite plants are gathered in one place - cedars, yews, pines, magnolias, and of course, palm trees. On the other side, there's a newly developed area adjacent to what is obviously a recently built neighboring hotel. The embankment, the Sea Terminal building, Navaginskaya Street, and all the main entertainment venues are just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself is not modern at all, one could even say slightly outdated, but we stayed in a spacious two-room suite with a huge balcony and had absolutely no complaints about the comfort level. Overall, in terms of price/quality ratio, this turned out to be the perfect option.

We've been staying at this hotel for two years. Its close location to all the resort infrastructure is appealing (beaches, embankment, sea terminal, squares, restaurants - all within a 5-10 minute walk). Good value for money, not too luxurious, but quite decent for the price and convenient location. The decor is certainly worn out, but it's clean, cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days. For me, the most annoying thing was the ABSENCE OF A FULL-LENGTH MIRROR, at least one on the floor!!! Ladies come on vacation, dress up, and want to see how they look. Ps: last year we encountered a cockroach, this year we were luckier????

Right in the center of Sochi, lots of cafes and restaurants around, responsive and punctual staff ready to help! The hotel has more pros than cons. Among the cons: there's construction up the street (right about 10 meters from the hotel), during the day I wouldn't say it's exactly quiet, but we were only there for 3 days, our room's window was on the other side of the building and we practically didn't hear anything ????, and besides, it's silly to come to one of the most beautiful cities in our vast country just to sleep or watch TV in the room.

I liked the Mirit Hotel. At the reception, I was greeted by a friendly and smiling girl. The room, as expected, was clean and fresh. A big plus is the availability of parking for cars. The location is also very successful, everything is nearby, within walking distance. In general, I recommend it.

We spent 4 days in this hotel. We were checked into a room with a broken window. A maintenance worker walked silently through the room in his outdoor shoes while we were in socks. I asked him to take off his shoes, he silently tightened the window and silently left. We lived those days without the ability to ventilate the room. The staff at the reception are polite. The restaurant in the hotel is not working. There is hot/cold drinking water on the floor. There is construction nearby, very noisy, the direct road to the beach is blocked. The rooms are clean, cleaning is regular. It was noisy at night from the neighbors, soundproofing is average. A cosmetic renovation wouldn't hurt, but that's minor. The location is good. That's basically what guided us when choosing the hotel. There are several canteens nearby, the river port is 5 minutes away, it's about a 20-minute walk to the Dendrarium, in the other direction is Riviera, there are public transport stops, and transport runs regularly.

This is the only hotel in Sochi where they are polite to you from start to finish. Everyone here loves you, from the administrator to the housekeepers. At first you enjoy this, then you get used to it. In general, this is a European hotel, the kind you might find in Spain or France. My impressions of the vacation are only positive, primarily because of the service. Well, besides that, the room is constantly cleaned to a shine, there's a great restaurant, and there are activities for children if traveling with the whole family. Overall 10 out of 10 and I confidently recommend it to everyone.
